University of Rwanda and Colorado State University Sign Memorandum of Understanding

University of Rwanda and Colorado State University (CSU), Colorado, USA signed Memorandum of Understanding. UR was represented by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Philip Cotton while CSU was represented by Bryan Willson, Professor at CSU.

UR AND CSU signed that agreement to develop and nurture new partnerships and to share Human and Material Resources. The signing of that memorandum was also to provide a framework within which University of Rwanda through College of Science and Technology UR/CST and Colorado State University through its Energy Institute (EI) and College of Engineering (CE) CSU/CE/EI can collaborate in energy research and capacity building to advance the objectives of Vision 2050 and the World Bank sponsored Africa Center of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development (ACEESD).
