YOUR APPLICATION RESULTS

The ACE-ESD, through its admissions and training committee is delighted to inform you that your application results can be accessed via the Table below

The center’s admissions and training committee believes in transparency and wishes to inform you that applicants are allowed to appeal within one (1) week time starting from the date of announcing the first results. Applicants wishing to appeal should submit an appeal letter clarifying grounds of appeal to aceesdur@gmail.com with a copy to joyiragena@gmail.com and ufiteyezuem@yahoo.fr Files submitted during application will only be considered. Before appeal, applicants are informed that after sorting and clustering all applicants’ files and folders, the selection of applicants followed the following criteria, ranked in the chronological order of weighting:

Academic performance merit
Background of study in relation to the program applied for
Experience of the applicant (if has second class, lower division)
Applicant's commitment to self-sponsorship or submission of the scholarship offer letter, if he/she fulfilled the minimum admission requirements stated in the call for application.

The way forward: After the appeal period, the results shall be considered final, and letters of admission shall be offered to successful applicants through the UR center for postgraduate studies. The scholarship award process shall begin immediately, and the scholarship awards shall follow the Policy and procedures for scholarship awards at UR as of October 2020. Information for registration shall be communicated after issuing admission letters to successful applicants.

Note: Applicants who are not admitted with minimum admissions requirements (refer to the call for application) and are willing to sponsor themselves for the full-time program at ACE-ESD can appeal using the above emails. He/she should send a self-sponsorship commitment letter or scholarship offer within the appeal period.
