Experts in energy related disciplines have completed a one month long training in Small Hydropower Technologies. The training was organised by The Hangzou Regional Center (Asia-Pacific) for small Hydropower Development (HRC) in cooperation with Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL). The training took place from 4th to 28th November 2019 at African Center of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development (ACEESD).

75 students from various African varsities concluded a week-long training in power engineering organized by the African Centre of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development-ACE-ESD at the University of Rwanda-College of Science and Technology. The training generated hands-on skills in many areas including power engineering, Microgrid, Smart grid to mention but a few.
