He taught courses: Advanced Power Electronics, Power Systems, FACTS & HVDC, Modeling & Analysis of Electrical Machines, Renewable Energy Sources, Electric Drives, and Advanced Electrical Network Theory, Smart Grids, Power Quality and Power System Protection & Switchgear. He is also a Principal Investigator of a funded project on the Design and fabrication of a lightweight range-extended Electric Vehicle.
His Research Interests Include: Design of Power Electronic Converters & their Applications to Large-Scale Power Systems, Development of Electric and Hybrid Electric Vehicles & their Charging Systems, Design & Control of Grid Connected RES Systems, Modeling & Analysis of Electrical Machines and Drive Systems
