Raise a concern with ACE-ESD
Dear ACE-ESD beneficiary,
The African Centre of Excellence in Energy for Sustainable Development (ACE-ESD), hosted by the University of Rwanda, College of Science and Technology, seeks to address grievances related to ACE II project implementation at the centre.
ACE-ESD has established a Grievance Redress Committee (GRC) and a Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) policy to investigate concerns (for example interviewing witnesses and reviewing records) and take effective, timely action.
Do not hesitate to raise sensitive issues. Grievances are treated confidentially, assessed impartially, and handled transparently.
