Dr. Elias NYANDWI, Since June 2005, is workingas Researcher at Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing Research and Training Centreof University of Rwanda (CGIS-UR). Since then he has been involved in several teaching, training, research, consultancy and Community services related to GIS and RS, and its applications in environment and sustainable development.
